I work hard to provide my clients with the most positive real estate experience possible. My passion is helping homeowners sell their home and buyers find the perfect one. I am a 3rd generation broker and have over 23 years of real estate experience. I hold the designations of CNE, SFR, CRS and CDPE. I am licensed in Utah, CA and AZ.

I started in real estate on the appraisal side of the industry, and then quickly found I loved working with people more than just working with house. With appraisal as my background I am able to help my clients find the accurate value of their home and incorporate that into their marketing or offer .

When I represent buyers, I stay by their side during the entire process. I believe in educating my clients so that they have confidence in their purchase . My goal is to make sure their expectations are exceeded and they get the property that's right for them.

As a listing agent, I provide my clients with a detailed market analysis and international marketing to ensure that the homes I sell yield top dollar. I help clients maximize their marketability with staging advice and techniques that are proven . I help navigate pre-inspections, renovations to increase value, and any repairs to help my clients put forth a property that buyers feel confident in purchasing. I am there throughout the process and strive to make the experience as worry free as possible.
